1. About Us and These Terms<\/h2>\n

This website (silkprint.ge, \"Site\") is operated by LLC Silkprint<\/strong> (\u10e8\u10de\u10e1 \u10e1\u10d8\u10da\u10e5\u10de\u10e0\u10d8\u10dc\u10e2\u10d8), identification number 400187132<\/strong>, registered at [COMPANY ADDRESS], Georgia. In these Terms, \"Silkprint,\" \"we,\" \"us,\" and \"our\" refer to LLC Silkprint. \"You\" refers to any person accessing the Site or placing an order.<\/p>\n

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.<\/p>\n

2. Products and Services<\/h2>\n

Silkprint offers:<\/p>\n

  • Screen printing services on textiles, bags, and other materials;<\/li>\n
  • Printing equipment and spare parts;<\/li>\n
  • Screen printing inks, consumables, and supplies;<\/li>\n
  • Training in screen printing techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, but slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur \u2014 particularly for print output on different fabric batches. Images are for illustration and may not reflect exact color or finish. We may withdraw or change any product or service at any time without notice.<\/p>\n\n

    3. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n

    All prices on the Site are in Georgian Lari (\u20be) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, if any, are calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n

    We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Flitt<\/strong> payment gateway. Payment is charged when your order is placed. If payment fails, your order will not be processed. Silkprint does not store your full card details \u2014 payment is handled by Flitt, which is PCI-DSS certified.<\/p>\n

    Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.<\/p>\n\n

    4. How Orders Work<\/h2>\n

    When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. Before that point, we may decline your order for any reason \u2014 for example, if a product is out of stock, if the price was displayed incorrectly, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.<\/p>\n

    Once accepted, a binding contract exists between you and Silkprint on the terms of the order confirmation and these Terms.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Delivery<\/h2>\n

    We deliver within Georgia. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of order confirmation. Delivery cost, if any, is shown at checkout.<\/p>\n

    Risk of loss or damage passes to you when goods are handed to the carrier. Please inspect deliveries on receipt and report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 3 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    If we cannot deliver due to your absence, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, we may charge additional delivery attempts to you.<\/p>\n\n

    6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)<\/h2>\n

    Under the Georgian Law on Consumer Rights Protection, if you buy as a consumer at a distance you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n

    To exercise this right, send us a clear written statement (email to info@silkprint.ge) before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>\n

    Exceptions.<\/strong> The right of withdrawal does not<\/em> apply to:<\/p>\n

    • Custom-made goods or goods personalized to your specifications (e.g., custom-printed t-shirts, bags, or textiles);<\/li>\n
    • Goods sealed for hygiene or safety and unsealed after delivery;<\/li>\n
    • Perishable goods;<\/li>\n
    • Services fully performed with your prior consent before the 14-day period ends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      7. Returns and Refunds<\/h2>\n

      If you exercise your right of withdrawal or your purchase is defective, return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and where possible in original packaging).<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Return shipping cost is at your expense for withdrawal returns.<\/li>\n
      • For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We refund the price of the returned item \u2014 and, for withdrawal returns, the original standard delivery charge \u2014 within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless you agree otherwise.<\/p>\n

        We may reduce the refund if the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and function.<\/p>\n\n

        8. Custom Printing Services<\/h2>\n

        For custom printing orders, additional terms apply:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Design approval.<\/strong> You must approve the design proof before production begins. Once you approve, production starts and the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable except for defects caused by us.<\/li>\n
        • Customer-supplied materials.<\/strong> If you supply garments or materials for printing, we are not liable for damage caused by normal printing processes. We recommend supplying a 5\u201310% overrun to account for print misalignment or defects.<\/li>\n
        • Turnaround.<\/strong> Production times are quoted per order and start after design approval and payment.<\/li>\n
        • Color matching.<\/strong> Colors are matched as closely as reasonably possible; exact color matching (e.g., Pantone) is subject to fabric, ink batch, and print run limitations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          9. Training Services<\/h2>\n

          Training bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation and rescheduling policy:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • More than 7 days before session: full refund or free reschedule.<\/li>\n
          • 3\u20137 days before: 50% refund or paid reschedule.<\/li>\n
          • Less than 3 days or no-show: no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            10. Warranties on Equipment<\/h2>\n

            Printing equipment sold by Silkprint carries a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery<\/strong> unless otherwise stated on the product page, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.<\/p>\n

            Warranty does not<\/em> cover:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification;<\/li>\n
            • Normal wear and tear;<\/li>\n
            • Consumables and spare parts subject to routine replacement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              To claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the fault. Your statutory rights under Georgian consumer protection law are not affected by this warranty.<\/p>\n\n

              11. Your Statutory Rights<\/h2>\n

              Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Georgian Law on Consumer Rights Protection or other applicable consumer protection law.<\/p>\n\n

              12. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

              All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, layouts, code) is owned by Silkprint or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.<\/p>\n

              Your designs.<\/strong> If you upload artwork or designs for printing, you retain ownership. You warrant that you have the right to reproduce that artwork and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. You grant us a limited license to use the artwork solely to fulfill your order.<\/p>\n

              We may include images of completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you notify us in writing (at the time of order) that you do not consent.<\/p>\n\n

              13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

              To the maximum extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n

              • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;<\/li>\n
              • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                These limitations do not<\/em> apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under Georgian law.<\/p>\n\n

                14. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n

                We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government actions, supply chain failures, or infrastructure outages.<\/p>\n\n

                15. Governing Law and Disputes<\/h2>\n

                These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. Before starting court proceedings, please contact us directly so we can try to resolve the matter.<\/p>\n\n

                16. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n

                We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. For orders placed before a change, the Terms in effect at the time of order apply.<\/p>\n\n
